Mount Storm King - Olympic National Park
A strenuous, near 4 mile round trip day hike with 2,000 feet of elevation gain. The trail goes through old-growth forest to a series of viewpoints overlooking Lake Crescent and the central Olympics. Continuing on to the summit is a steep, exposed, and challenging scramble. [4feet]: Mount Storm King is easier than expected though it is graded a level of HARD. Yet it still gave me a decent experience of 1000 ft elevation per mile. 8/22/2020
